What you'll do

  • Define and lead a new operating model for delivering software and platform engineering capabilities as internal services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the CTO organization and global business units for service requests.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of internal products from intake and prioritization through delivery and adoption.
  • Establish service delivery frameworks including service level objectives, contract management, and governance processes.
  • Lead product management and portfolio prioritization to align engineering capacity with global business needs.
  • Develop customer success strategies using metrics-based frameworks to improve onboarding and time-to-value for internal users.
  • Build and maintain executive relationships to ensure shared capabilities align with enterprise priorities.
  • Recruit and develop a high-performing team of Engineering Engagement and technical product leaders.

What we're looking for

  • Current or prior experience operating at the VP level within an established company.
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in technology and/or product management roles leading complex, cross-team initiatives.
  • 8+ years of people management experience (preferred).
  • 4+ years of product management experience supporting capabilities used by millions of users or $100M+ offerings (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in defining and implementing software or platform engineering service delivery models for multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to deliver persuasive, senior-executive-level content.
  • Strong familiarity with technology, software, and AI ecosystems and relevant industry trends.
  • Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to build deep, trusted cross-organizational relationships.
