As Vice President of Engineering for the Authentication team at Auth0, you will lead a large, globally distributed engineering organization responsible for delivering seamless and secure login experiences. You will redefine developer experiences for the AI era by building secure frameworks for autonomous agents. This position requires extensive leadership in technical design, implementation, and support of scalable services, as well as a background in authentication and authorization.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience leading SaaS product engineering teams.
  • Extensive full-stack software development background with hands-on coding skills.
  • 3+ years managing large-scale cloud infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure.
  • Deep expertise in securing cloud infrastructure and implementing security measures.
  • Proven ability to mentor technical talent and build high-performance teams.
  • Experience using Agile and DevOps methodologies for software service delivery.
