What you'll do

Design end-to-end Veeva CRM architectures for commercial and medical business processes.
Define Salesforce and Veeva data models, objects, relationships, and integrations.
Design integration architectures between Veeva CRM and ERP, MDM, and data warehouse systems.
Develop REST/SOAP/API-based integrations and middleware solutions.
Establish security, sharing, access-control, and authentication models.
Review technical designs to provide architecture standards and governance.
Lead solution designs for complex Veeva CRM implementations and enhancements.
Troubleshoot architecture, performance, data, and integration issues.

What we're looking for

Must have 8–12+ years of overall professional experience.
Must have at least 5 years of experience in a Technical or Architect role with Veeva CRM or Salesforce.
Must have experience in the Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology industries.
Must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience).
Must have an Associate Degree with at least 6 years of work experience.
Must be able to work in a hybrid model requiring three days per week in the office in Chesterbrook, PA or Orlando, FL.
