What you'll do

  • Lead the end-to-end design, administration, and customization of the Veeva/Vault CRM ecosystem.
  • Drive the development of AI-powered solutions and intelligent automation to improve commercial field tools.
  • Manage the UIX strategy for field-facing interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Java SDK.
  • Oversee platform administration including user management, security models, object configurations, and data loading.
  • Govern CRM environment strategies for sandbox, UAT, staging, and production environments.
  • Lead custom development initiatives using Java SDK, scripting languages, and Veeva-native frameworks.
  • Design and implement CRM integration solutions using RESTful/SOAP APIs and middleware connectors.
  • Manage a globally distributed team of developers, administrators, and AI specialists to deliver technical roadmaps.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 9+ years of overall IT experience in CRM software development, platform administration, and enterprise solution delivery.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Veeva CRM experience including platform administration, UIX/MyInsights/X-Pages development, and custom development.
  • 3+ years of hands-on custom development experience using Java, Java SDK (Veeva), JavaScript, or equivalent scripting languages.
  • 1+ years of applied AI/ML, intelligent automation, or Generative AI experience within enterprise CRM or field technology environments.
  • 4+ years of experience with SDLC methodologies, validated and regulated system delivery in life sciences, and cloud-native application development.
  • Demonstrated experience leading globally distributed engineering teams and designing CRM integrations using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
  • At least 2 active relevant technical certifications.
