What you'll do

Design and build "Day 1" agentic workflows and blueprints for strategic customers.
Execute 90-day Value Acceleration programs to get critical business processes into production.
Troubleshoot bugs and resolve implementation hurdles to reduce time-to-first-value.
Facilitate working sessions with customers to bridge the gap between business needs and technical feasibility.
Enable and support implementation partners to take over ongoing work after engagement ends.
Document design decisions and patterns to inform the core product roadmap and use case library.
Translate real-world customer friction into scalable features for the engineering team.

What we're looking for

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related field with a 3.5+ GPA.
Master of Science degree (preferred).
0 to 3 years of experience as an early-career engineer.
High empathy and exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to external customers.
A builder's spirit including personal projects and staying current on technology developments.
Ability to solve problems in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
Experience with modern programming languages like Go, Python, or JavaScript (preferred).
Previous experience in customer-facing technical roles, the Salesforce platform, or the supply chain industry (preferred).
