What you'll do
Own and solve the most complex cross-cutting system problems in backend engineering.

What we're looking for
5+ years of industry experience as a backend engineer in large-scale web applications or data systems.
Expertise in data modeling, database performance tuning, state management, API design, and distributed system architecture.
Proven track record in designing and maintaining production-grade ETL pipelines.
Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language suitable for platform development.
Experience diagnosing systemic architectural issues and driving measurable improvements over time.
Track record of designing robust external-facing REST APIs and Webhooks.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with Product Managers and Engineers, balancing product delivery with foundational investments.
