JOB TITLE: Endpoint Management Systems Engineer - TS/SCI with Polygraph The Endpoint Management Systems Engineer joins the IT Infrastructure and Operations team to support a defense intelligence mission. This role involves engineering, deploying, securing, and maintaining platforms that deliver operating systems, applications, and configurations to thousands of devices. You will build and deploy secure OS images for Windows, Linux, Mac, and VDI environments while managing application packaging through MECM and Microsoft Intune. Key responsibilities include implementing automated patching, enforcing full-disk encryption, and maintaining security baselines aligned with DoD requirements. You will troubleshoot complex Tier 2/3 issues involving authentication, hardware, and VDI stacks. Required skills include OS imaging, task sequencing, and scripting. This position ensures mission users have reliable, secure, and modern endpoint capabilities across multiple networks and locations to support critical intelligence operations.

What you'll do

Build, maintain, and deploy secure OS images for Windows, Linux, Mac, and VDI environments.
Package and deliver applications using MECM, Intune, and other enterprise tools.
Implement automated patching and vulnerability remediation across all mission-critical enterprise endpoints.
Maintain full-disk encryption and endpoint security baselines aligned with DoD requirements.
Monitor endpoint health, compliance, patch levels, and performance to drive remediation.
Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 endpoint issues involving OS, applications, authentication, and hardware.
Support VDI solutions including session management, thin client configuration, and backend integration.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides to support sustainment operations.

What we're looking for

US Citizenship is required.
Must currently possess an active Top Secret SCI clearance with a favorable Polygraph.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT or 6+ years of experience in lieu of a degree for the Senior level.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in IT or 8+ years of experience in lieu of a degree for the Principal level.
Must possess a DoD 8140 certification such as Security+ CE.
Must have hands-on experience with enterprise endpoint management platforms like MECM or Intune.
Must be proficient in OS imaging, task sequencing, scripting, driver management, and application packaging.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate training (preferred).
