What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate strong expertise in React, JavaScript, Java, Node.js, microservices, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
Experience building scalable, cloud-native solutions with CI/CD, automation, and modern DevOps practices.
Have hands-on experience with production LLM applications, AI guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and intelligent automation.
Experience with AI agents, multi-step reasoning, MCP, A2A, and multi-agent orchestration.
Proven ability to drive architectural decisions, influence technical direction, and collaborate across teams.
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience (preferred); knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
