As a Staff, Software Engineer, you will join the Associate Listening and Relations team to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable platform capabilities. What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of experience.
Possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
Exhibit strong software development skills across the full lifecycle, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
Show proficiency in AI/ML integration using languages such as Python, Java, and JavaScript.
Experience designing APIs and applying software design patterns to create secure, modular, and maintainable solutions.
Ability to lead technical design reviews and mentor engineering teams to foster excellence.
Master’s degree in a related field and 2 years of experience (preferred); knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
