What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering experience.
Possess 6 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate proven expertise in cloud-native architecture, including microservices, containers, and automation.
Show strong proficiency in software design patterns, API design, and software prototyping.
Provide experience with AI/ML integration, including building intelligent automation features and applying AI best practices.
Demonstrate the ability to lead full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and observability.
Exhibit skills in mentoring engineers and influencing architectural decisions to promote technical excellence.
Possess a Master's degree in a related field and 2 years of software engineering experience (preferred).
