What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Proven track record of designing and delivering production ML platform capabilities including model serving, MLOps pipelines, or monitoring frameworks.
Deep expertise in distributed systems architecture including event-driven design, Kafka, microservices, API design, and cloud-native infrastructure.
Strong programming proficiency in Java and/or Python to write production-quality code.
Experience with MLflow, Vertex AI, or equivalent model registry and lifecycle tooling.
Hands-on experience with Spark, BigQuery, or data pipeline engineering at scale.
Background building observability infrastructure using OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana, and distributed tracing.
