What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in an analytics or related field.

At least 6 years of experience in an analytics or related field.
Expertise in using Agentic coding tools and frameworks to build production systems.
Experience working with structured data and building high-quality, scalable solutions.
Preferred expertise in agent workflows, orchestration layers, and evaluation processes.
Familiarity with protocol-driven systems such as MCP or similar.
Knowledge of machine learning, optimization models, or open source frameworks like scikit learn, tensorflow, or torch.
