JOB TITLE: (USA) Software Engineer III
As a Software Engineer III within the ERP Platforms team, you will design, implement, and support secure access solutions across complex SAP landscapes. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining roles and authorizations, enforcing Segregation of Duties, and troubleshooting security issues to ensure compliance and operational efficiency. Your daily work involves automating security processes, supporting audits, and optimizing access management for core business operations like finance and supply chain. You will utilize technologies including SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC Access Control components such as ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM, as well as SAP ECC, BW/BI, and BusinessObjects. The role addresses the technical challenge of securing large-scale enterprise resource planning systems while maintaining high availability and reliability through robust identity and access management.

What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field with 7 years of professional experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC.
Option 2: Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related field with 5 years of professional experience in SAP Security and SAP GRC.
Technical expertise in securing SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4HANA, Enterprise Portal, BW/BI, BusinessObjects, HR, and Fiori.
Strong knowledge of SAP GRC Access Control components including ARM, ARA, BRM, and EAM.
Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis, risk remediation, mitigating controls, and GRC ruleset maintenance.
Experience leading SAP Security activities for implementations, enhancements, rollouts, migrations, and technical upgrades.
Experience supporting internal and external audits to ensure SAP systems remain secure and compliant.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area (preferred).
