What you'll do

Build and integrate AI-powered agents, workflows, and automation systems using modern GenAI frameworks.
Design, develop, and maintain high-scale backend services, REST APIs, and automation pipelines.
Build and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for backend, web, and native mobile platforms.
Write and automate test plans, test cases, and regression suites for large-scale eCommerce applications.
Integrate telemetry, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices into backend services to ensure performance and security.
Perform root-cause analysis, defect management, and troubleshooting for automation failures.
Monitor application performance, logs, and system health while performing maintenance and debugging.
Track program metrics and ensure adherence to milestones and quality standards.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in backend engineering, automation, or quality engineering.
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or 4 years of experience in software engineering).
Strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and backend automation.
Experience with mobile/web automation frameworks such as Appium, TestCafe, XCUI Test, or Espresso.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps tooling.
Strong understanding of system integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
Master's degree in computer science or related field (preferred).
