What you'll do

Install, configure, and manage Red Hat OpenShift clusters across various environments.
Administer and troubleshoot Kubernetes resources, including namespaces, deployments, and storage classes.
Implement application deployments using GitOps, Ansible, Terraform, and Python or Bash scripts.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot pod, node, network, and service mesh issues.
Develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure code following established coding standards.
Lead small engineering groups by providing technical guidance, documentation, and project timelines.
Monitor application performance and manage high-availability designs, backups, and disaster recovery.

What we're looking for

Proven experience in software design, development, and delivery within Agile environments.
Strong proficiency in object-oriented programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, or C#.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and automation scripting.
Knowledge of cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
Experience mentoring and guiding small engineering teams to achieve project goals.
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area (preferred).
