What you'll do

Build and integrate AI-powered agents, workflows, and automation systems using modern GenAI frameworks.
Design, develop, and maintain high-scale backend services, REST APIs, and automation pipelines.
Build and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for backend, web, and native mobile platforms.
Write and automate test plans, test cases, and regression suites for large-scale eCommerce applications.
Monitor application performance, logs, telemetry, and system health to ensure operational excellence.
Perform root-cause analysis, defect management, and regression testing to drive continuous process improvement.
Integrate telemetry, monitoring, and CI/CD best practices into all backend services.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field and 2 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, must have 4 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Must have 5+ years of experience in backend engineering, automation, or quality engineering.
Must have strong experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
Must have hands-on experience with REST APIs, distributed systems, and backend automation.
Must have experience with mobile/web automation frameworks such as Appium, TestCafe, XCUI Test, or Espresso.
Must have experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern DevOps tooling.
Must have a strong understanding of system integration, debugging, and performance optimization.
Master's degree in Computer Science or a related area (preferred).
Experience building or integrating GenAI-powered applications, agents, or workflows (preferred).
Experience designing automation frameworks for Native, Web, or Backend platforms (preferred).
Experience with large-scale eCommerce, retail, or customer-facing systems (preferred).
Strong understanding of quality engineering principles, test strategy, and defect management (preferred).
Ability to navigate and influence large cross-functional engineering teams (preferred).
