What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 1 year of experience (preferred).
Demonstrate proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
Show proficiency in debugging, code review, and continuous integration/deployment processes.
Exhibit the ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business goals.
Demonstrate skill in integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
Possess knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
