What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate proven expertise in object-oriented programming and software development using Java and related languages.
Experience in delivering scoped features and managing full software development lifecycles, including CI/CD and automated testing.
Ability to conduct thorough code reviews, debugging, and defect management to ensure high-quality software.
Skill in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business objectives.
Familiarity with AI/ML integration and generative AI tools to enhance development efficiency.
Master’s degree in a related field and 1 year of experience (preferred); knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and digital accessibility (preferred).
