What we're looking for
Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience.
Alternatively, possess 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related area and 1 year of experience (preferred).
Demonstrate expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.
Proficiency in managing the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software while conducting code reviews and debugging.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
