As a (USA) Senior, Software Engineer, you will join the digital fulfillment team to lead the delivery of scoped features and software solutions. What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 5 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 1 year's experience (preferred).
Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
Proficiency in the software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and observability.
Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.
Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems aligned with business objectives.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
