Own ambiguous business problems from initial inquiry through recommendation and execution.

Build business cases to size opportunities regarding financial, operational, and customer impacts.
Launch new product features and capabilities based on data-driven insights.

What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
Option 2: 7 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area.
2 years of supervisory experience.
Strong structured problem-solving skills and the ability to develop analytical frameworks for ambiguous business problems.
Working proficiency in SQL and comfort independently analyzing large datasets.
Ability to synthesize complex work into concise recommendations for executive audiences and influence teams without direct authority.
Experience with visualization or analytical tools (preferred).
Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project management, program management, program operations, or a related area (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
