What you'll do

Lead and oversee technology operations programs to ensure alignment with organizational strategy and financial plans.
Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and risk mitigation across multiple medium to high complexity projects.

Translate business requirements into actionable technology solutions and operational improvements.
Monitor program performance and provide clear, concise progress reporting to leadership.

Mentor and develop team members to promote accountability and high performance.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of experience in project or program management.
Possess 7 years of experience in project management, program management, or program operations.
Have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrate expertise in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
Show ability to lead complex programs using established program management frameworks and tools.
Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management skills to influence decisions and drive consensus.
Experience in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and performance monitoring.
Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of experience in project or program management (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
