JOB TITLE: (USA) Senior Director, Data Analytics - Workforce Planning
As the Senior Director, Data Analytics - Workforce Planning, you will join the Workforce Intelligence & Insights team to support the Global People organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor to People Partners and Centers of Excellence, helping leaders identify workforce challenges and frame critical decisions. Your daily responsibilities include owning enterprise adoption for workforce intelligence solutions, translating complex insights into practical recommendations, and establishing success measures for organizational impact. You will utilize generative AI technologies, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and prompt engineering, alongside visualization platforms like Visier, Workday, Power BI, and Tableau. This role solves complex business problems regarding hiring, development, retention, and total rewards by embedding workforce intelligence into key business processes to inform strategy and action.
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior People leaders and Centers of Excellence regarding workforce challenges.
Translate complex data insights into practical recommendations to inform strategic business decisions.
Own enterprise adoption and value realization for Workforce Intelligence and AI-enabled solutions.
Establish success measures tied to business outcomes, adoption rates, and organizational impact.
Align priorities between business stakeholders and the Workforce Intelligence and Insights teams.
Embed workforce intelligence into key business processes and decision-making workflows.
Drive the adoption of analytics and digital transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
What we're looking for
10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Human Resources, management consulting, organizational effectiveness, change management, or a related field.
5+ years of experience leading teams responsible for consulting, adoption, enablement, transformation, or business advisory outcomes.
Experience working in large, complex organizations, preferably within Fortune 100 companies in retail, supply chain, or technology industries (preferred).
Demonstrated success driving adoption of analytics, AI, or digital transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
Proven ability to advise, question, and influence executive stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
Working knowledge of generative AI technologies, including LLMs, RAG, agents, prompt engineering, and evaluation methodologies.
Experience with workforce analytics and visualization platforms such as Visier, Workday, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Advanced degree in business, analytics, behavioral science, economics, organizational psychology, or a related field (preferred).
