What we're looking for
Must meet one of three education/experience paths: Bachelor's with 4 years experience, Master's with 2 years experience, or 6 years experience in data analysis/science/statistics.
Must have 1 year of supervisory experience.
Must have extensive experience in data analytics, including advanced analytics, statistical analysis, and big data techniques.
Must be proficient in SQL and have knowledge of SQL and NoSQL database technologies.
Must have a strong understanding of data quality management, data governance, and data strategy principles.
Must have expertise in data visualization tools and vibe coding tools to communicate complex insights.
Must have demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing team members.
Related industry experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce (preferred).
