What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or statistics.
Obtain a Master's degree in a related field with 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or statistics.
Possess 8 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Possess 3 years of supervisory experience.
Proficiency in data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex data insights clearly.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding teams, mentoring associates, and fostering continuous learning and innovation.
Deep understanding of business context, metrics, and cross-functional collaboration to support strategic decision-making.
Prior experience implementing Salesforce for a Digital Advertising Organization (preferred).
