The successful candidate will use Python, SQL, Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, and PowerBI to design compelling visualizations and manage data governance. You will also mentor junior analysts on storytelling and analytical rigor. This position solves technical problems regarding discovery friction and performance tracking within a digital commerce environment, translating quantitative analyses into executive whitepapers and roadmap priorities.

What you'll do

Analyze and validate interaction data across Search, Personalization, and AI Commerce platforms.
Apply statistical methods to optimize search relevance, discovery friction, and conversational AI adoption.
Provide analytical support for Weekly and Monthly Business Reviews to track KPI health and feature performance.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to translate data insights into actionable roadmap priorities.
Synthesize quantitative analyses into inputs for executive whitepapers and strategic briefings.
Mentor junior analysts on analytical rigor, data storytelling, and compliance standards.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree and 4 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Must have a Master's degree and 2 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Must have 6 years of experience in data analysis, data science, statistics, or a related field.
Must have 1 year of supervisory experience.
Must have extensive experience in data analytics with proficiency in Python and SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Must have strong knowledge of data quality management, data governance, and enterprise data architecture principles.
Must be able to translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytical and visualization tools.
Must have expertise in designing and delivering data visualizations using tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or PowerBI.
Must have the ability to translate analytical findings into well-articulated presentations and detailed whitepapers.
Must have proven leadership skills in mentoring and developing analytics teams to achieve strategic business objectives.
Must have a deep understanding of business metrics, data strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or Information Technology (preferred).
Related industry experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce (preferred).
Successful completion of assessments in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools or scripting languages (preferred).
