What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field and 3 years of analytics experience, a Master’s degree and 1 year of experience, or 5 years of experience.
Expertise in using agentic coding tools and frameworks to build production systems.
Experience working with structured data, workflows, or technical tools to build high-quality, scalable solutions.
Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams to translate needs into practical outcomes.
Strong ownership mindset with a focus on shipping, learning, and continuous system improvement.
Expertise working on agent workflows, orchestration layers, and evaluation processes (preferred).
Familiarity with protocol-driven systems like MCP or similar abstractions (preferred).
Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R (preferred).
