What we're looking for

Demonstrate strong coding skills and the ability to deliver production-quality code in languages such as Python, Java, and C++.
Provide extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable infrastructure.
Possess proven expertise in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, observability, and incident response.
Show a strong background in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems.
Exhibit skills in technical mentorship, architectural decision-making, and fostering engineering excellence across teams.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience (preferred).
