The (USA) Principal, Software Engineer joins the Associate and Agentic Experiences team to lead the design and delivery of scalable platform capabilities. What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in software engineering.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Extensive experience in cloud-native architecture principles and designing scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems.
Strong proficiency in AI/ML integration and building intelligent software systems using Python and Java.
Demonstrated experience designing and building AI agents, including at least one production deployment.
Experience using AI agents to write, generate, or review code using agentic coding workflows.
Expertise in driving the full software development lifecycle, including CI/CD, testing, and incident response.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
