What you'll do

Lead platform engineering efforts to deliver scalable, cloud-native infrastructure and reusable tooling.
Manage the full software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams to ensure architectural consistency.
Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable success metrics with stakeholders.
Identify opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and product quality through continuous improvement.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 5 years of experience.
Alternatively, possess 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 3 years of experience (preferred).
Extensive experience in platform engineering leadership, delivering scalable, cloud-native architectures and reusable tooling.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems optimized for real-time data processing and AI/ML integration.
Strong technical proficiency in multiple programming languages including Java, Python, JavaScript, Dart, Rust, and C++.
Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycles, including CI/CD, observability, and incident response.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
