What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 5 years of software engineering experience.
Alternatively, must have 7 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Must have extensive experience leading platform engineering initiatives, including shared infrastructure and scalable ML frameworks.
Must have proven expertise in cloud-native architecture and distributed system design for high availability and fault tolerance.
Must be proficient in software development lifecycle management, including CI/CD, testing, and incident response.
Must be able to architect AI-enhanced applications and integrate AI agents using Python, Java, and C++.
Must possess technical leadership and mentorship capabilities to foster engineering excellence and innovation.
Must have a Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of experience (preferred); must have knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards (preferred).
