What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.

Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area (preferred).
Proven expertise in designing and building scalable, cloud-native software systems with AI integration.
Strong technical leadership skills, including architectural decision-making and system-level execution.
Deep knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and ensuring system observability, resilience, and performance.
Experience mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of high standards and innovation.
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
