What we're looking for

Expertise in reliability engineering, platform design, and database abstraction layers.
Proficiency in the full software development lifecycle, including DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Proven ability to lead technical execution, ensure architectural integrity, and mentor engineering teams.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and align technical solutions with business goals.
