What we're looking for

Obtain 8 years of experience in software engineering or a related area.
Demonstrate proven expertise in designing and developing scalable, cloud-native software systems and AI-powered platforms.
Demonstrate strong technical leadership in owning system-level execution and delivering architectural integrity.
Demonstrate proven experience designing, building, and operating developer platforms at scale.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of AI agents, platform design, and operational due diligence to ensure reliability and performance.
Demonstrate the ability to lead the full software development lifecycle, including DevOps, CI/CD, and incident management.
Possess a Master's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of experience (preferred).
