What we're looking for
Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Option 2: 8 years’ experience in software engineering or related area.
Extensive experience in system-level technical leadership delivering scalable, reliable software solutions with architectural integrity.
Proven expertise in designing and developing cloud-native, AI-powered systems integrating advanced AI/ML components.
Strong proficiency in software security, continuous development, and operational due diligence to ensure resilient, performant services.
Demonstrated ability to lead full software development lifecycle, championing DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
Effective coaching and mentoring capabilities to foster engineering excellence and innovation.
Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years' experience in software engineering or related area (preferred).
Knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies (preferred).
