What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of analytics experience, a Master's degree and 4 years of experience, or 8 years of experience.
Must have extensive experience in data science, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytical modeling techniques.
Must be proficient in programming languages including Python, SQL, and Java for code development, testing, and deployment.
Must possess strong business acumen to translate complex data insights into actionable strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Must have expertise in data strategy, data quality assessment, and identifying suitable data sources for scalable solutions.
Must have proven leadership skills in mentoring teams, managing projects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Must be able to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to stakeholders and influence decision-making.
Preferred: PhD in a quantitative field and experience with open source frameworks like scikit-learn, tensorflow, or torch (preferred).
