What you'll do

Develop sensitivity-based placement optimization engines to power core decision-making.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5 years of analytics experience, a Master's degree and 3 years of experience, or 7 years of experience.
Must have extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
Must be proficient in programming languages including Python and SQL for data analysis and model development.
Must have strong knowledge of model assessment, validation, and tuning methods to ensure accuracy and robustness.
Must have a deep understanding of fulfillment logic, inventory placement, multi-tier flow, and transportation/network design.
Must have expertise in data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex data insights.
Must be able to operate autonomously as a senior technical individual contributor to translate executive strategies into computational models.
Preferred: PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics.
Preferred: Successful completion of one or more assessments in Python, Spark, Scala, or R.
Preferred: Experience with open source frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or Torch.
Preferred: Supervisory experience.
Preferred: Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
