The Senior Manager, Delivery Search, Arrival & Matching joins the Last-Mile Delivery team to lead advanced analytical modeling and data visualization initiatives. What we're looking for
Must meet one of three education/experience paths: Bachelor's with 5 years analytics experience, Master's with 3 years analytics experience, or 7 years analytics experience.
9+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, product development, or business operations in a technology-driven organization.
Demonstrated fluency with AI tools for daily workflows, analysis, and scaling output.
Strong quantitative skills and statistical understanding including SQL and building analytical models.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive outcomes through influence and clarity.
Clear, structured communicator able to translate complex analysis into executive-ready narratives.
Experience in data science, machine learning, or optimization models (preferred).
PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics (preferred).
