What you'll do

Develop the end-to-end business strategy for the new Salesforce instance with executive leaders.
Define key metrics and performance indicators to measure migration success and ROI.
Create strategies to synchronize Salesforce with existing software and data architecture.
Establish and implement a performance matrix to evaluate and improve platform operational effectiveness.
Map commercial workflows across Sales, Account Management, and Operations to identify pain points.
Re-engineer business processes to leverage native Salesforce capabilities.
Translate business requirements into actionable data initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

What we're looking for

Obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field and 4 years of experience in those fields.
Obtain 7 years of experience in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrate extensive experience in data strategy development and execution aligned with business objectives.
Demonstrate expertise in data quality management, including establishing metrics and operational procedures.
Possess strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques to communicate complex insights.
Ability to analyze business problems using advanced analytics and big data methodologies.
Demonstrate leadership in mentoring teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Proficiency in data source identification, database technologies, and data governance principles.
PhD in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Information Technology, Operations Research, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or Econometrics (preferred).
Related industry experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or eCommerce (preferred).
Successful completion of assessments in data analysis, Business Intelligence tools, and scripting languages like SQL, Python, Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, or Tableau (preferred).
Supervisory experience (preferred).
Master of Business Administration (preferred).
