What you'll do

Develop scalable models for network design, capacity planning, cost-to-serve, inventory, and transportation.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5 years of analytics experience, a Master's with 3 years, or 7 years of experience.
Must have extensive experience in data science, operations research, optimization, and advanced analytics for complex business problems.
Must have strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Matplotlib.
Must have hands-on experience with linear/integer programming, simulation, network optimization, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing.
Must possess proven leadership skills to mentor associates and influence stakeholders.
Must be able to translate ambiguous business questions into structured models and decision-ready recommendations.
Experience in network design, capacity planning, cost-to-serve, transportation, inventory, or fulfillment optimization (preferred).
Preferred qualifications include a PhD, supervisory experience, and proficiency in Spark, Scala, R, or open-source frameworks like scikit-learn.
