Senior Technologist

What you'll do

• Provide front-line technical support for computer systems, software, and hardware across multiple service channels.
• Troubleshoot incidents and recurring issues using ServiceNow ticketing workflows and documented resolution steps.
• Monitor support requests, prioritize incoming work, and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Install and configure approved software, devices, and user access settings for internal teams.
• Diagnose system, network, and application issues to restore service and reduce downtime.
• Apply incident management methods to track root causes, identify patterns, and support long-term fixes.
• Document resolutions, knowledge articles, and standard procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Support IT operations activities including infrastructure updates, security checks, and technical change execution.

What we're looking for

• At least a High School Diploma or the equivalent degree.
• At least 1 years of experience.
• Delivering IT support within practice support environments (preferred).
• Applying ServiceNow ticketing tools for incident resolution (preferred).
• Troubleshooting software, systems, and infrastructure issues (preferred).
• Communicating clearly across varied audiences and situations (preferred).
• Adapting quickly to changing priorities and assignments (preferred).
• Learning new technologies and sharing practical knowledge (preferred).
