What you'll do

  • Provide governance oversight for U.S. region cybersecurity platform services across application, cloud, endpoint, and network security.
  • Ensure all security services align with enterprise standards, regulatory requirements, risk management frameworks, and audit expectations.
  • Define and maintain the service vision, strategy, and roadmap to ensure alignment with business needs and security objectives.
  • Oversee feature development and capability enhancements to keep security services resilient against evolving cyber threats.
  • Develop and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), risk indicators, and measures of control effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal partners and third-party providers to ensure U.S. region requirements are met in service delivery.
  • Review AI-related capabilities and initiatives to provide recommendations for secure design, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage audit readiness by overseeing issue remediation and continuous improvement of security controls.

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrated experience in cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, or security service management.
  • Experience providing governance or oversight across application, cloud, endpoint, or network security domains.
  • Strong understanding of risk management, control frameworks, regulatory expectations, audit processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience defining or managing service strategies, roadmaps, prioritization, and operational governance.
  • Ability to work effectively across a complex organization and influence stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, and business teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working within the financial services industry or another highly regulated environment (preferred).
  • Familiarity with U.S. regulatory expectations, shared service models, and emerging technology like AI governance (preferred).
