Unified Communication Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and deploy collaboration solutions using Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Teams Phone.
• Lead and execute complex migrations from other unified communication platforms to Microsoft Teams.
• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Session Border Controllers.
• Configure and maintain global video conferencing systems based on Microsoft Teams Rooms.
• Use scripting to automate routine processes and support migration activities.
• Provide high-level technical support to resolve complex issues across collaboration platforms.
• Perform regular system audits to ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Document and maintain collaboration policies, procedures, and best practices.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent proven technical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of prior job-related experience.
• Experience in an engineering or architecture role overseeing global deployments of Microsoft Teams, Teams Phone, and Teams Rooms.
• Experience with Session Border Controllers such as Oracle Acme Packet, Ribbon, AudioCodes, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerShell or other scripting environments to automate processes.
• Experience deploying and managing audio/visual equipment.
• Strong understanding of networks including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, and QoS.
