UI/UX Lead Software Engineer

What you'll do

• Design, code, test, debug, and document front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• Create intuitive, accessible, and scalable UI/UX designs for enterprise workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools.
• Convert user-centered designs into maintainable front-end code using AI-powered design-to-code tools.
• Lead complex technology initiatives and establish companywide best practices for large-scale engineering solutions.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services into front-end applications to ensure seamless data-driven interfaces.
• Review and analyze complex technology solutions to meet strategic business objectives and technical challenges.
• Mentor peer engineers and lead project teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, or education.
• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• 2+ years of experience developing front-end applications using React and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience conducting user research and usability testing to drive design improvements.
• 3+ years of experience designing responsive web applications across multiple devices and platforms.
• Experience applying accessibility standards, including WCAG guidelines, to create inclusive digital experiences.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments.
