What you'll do

  • Build React single-page applications using modular component architecture and robust state management.
  • Implement complex UI features including drilldowns for out-of-balance conditions and multi-step approval workflows.
  • Develop responsive layouts using modern CSS techniques like grid, flexbox, and media queries.
  • Integrate backend APIs with secure data handling, schema validation, and error-management patterns.
  • Ensure WCAG compliance by implementing ARIA roles, keyboard navigation, and semantic HTML.
  • Optimize UI performance for data-dense screens and transaction-heavy dashboards.
  • Debug complex state transitions, routing logic, and asynchronous data flow issues.
  • Document UI components, interaction patterns, and integration contracts to support maintainability.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in UI/UX development and implementation.
  • Must be a US Person.
  • Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, SPA architecture, and component-driven development.
  • Experience with React Router, state management (Redux, Zustand, Context API), and asynchronous data flows.
  • Expertise in modern CSS (grid, flexbox, media queries) and responsive UI design.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs with secure data handling, validation, and error-management practices.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards, ARIA usage, and semantic HTML.
  • Experience building complex enterprise-grade workflows like reconciliation processes and multi-step approvals (preferred).
  • Familiarity with performance optimization for data-rich dashboards and transaction-heavy screens (preferred).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and DevOps collaboration for frontend deployment pipelines (preferred).
  • Experience with UX documentation, design systems, and maintaining reusable UI component libraries (preferred).
