TSSO Operational Intelligence Lead

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and reporting frameworks to track operational performance across all TSSO functions.
• Lead the development of automated data models to identify preventive maintenance and improve asset management accuracy.
• Establish data access and integration across the LCAM ecosystem to enable comprehensive asset lifecycle analytics.
• Translate business needs into actionable technology requirements and data solutions for facilities management.
• Provide strategic leadership for the data and analytics roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
• Ensure data governance, security frameworks, and quality standards meet enterprise requirements.
• Coordinate analytics teams to eliminate redundant work and maximize organizational efficiency.
• Train the Analytics Services team on advanced analytical tools to build scalable organizational capability.

What we're looking for

• Must have 8+ years of progressive experience in data management, analytics, or operational technology implementation within large-scale operations.
• Must have 5+ years of experience in leadership roles managing or partnering with analytics teams to drive operational excellence.
• Must have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade analytics solutions and performance reporting systems.
• Must possess deep expertise in advanced data analytics technologies and their practical operational applications.
• Must have a strong background in data governance, data quality management, and enterprise data architecture.
• Must be proficient in data analytics tools including Python, R, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Must have experience with cloud data platforms, modern data stacks, and enterprise data warehousing solutions like EDP.
