This position solves critical regulatory reporting challenges, including LCR and NSFR requirements, while managing liquidity planning, monitoring, and internal stress testing frameworks across a global organizational scope.

What you'll do

  • Design and architect a new bottoms-up liquidity reporting infrastructure and next-generation calculation engine.
  • Lead the design and delivery of the Global Liquidity Management technology transformation program.
  • Develop scalable and robust software application architectures in alignment with business and firm goals.
  • Define and govern the technology value proposition strategy to support Global Treasury growth plans.
  • Modernize and rationalize the existing technology landscape for liquidity planning and reporting.
  • Partner with global leaders to assess the impact of technology changes on operational procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end data management and governance for liquidity-relevant reporting requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience implementing technology solutions in Business, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience providing solutions for Treasury or Liquidity Management business areas.
  • Minimum of 5 years of global team management expertise.
  • Proven track record for delivering complex technology programs across a global organization.
  • Strong knowledge of data usage and end-to-end data management and governance.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Technology implementation experience using JIRA, Databricks, Snowflake, Collibra, and Power BI or Tableau (preferred).
  • Solid presentation and writing skills.
