What you'll do

  • Monitor daily cash balances and maintain positions across all bank accounts and partners.
  • Prepare regular treasury reports and forecast updates for the finance organization.
  • Execute and approve wire transfers and manage intercompany book transfers.
  • Write and run SQL queries in Snowflake to reconcile cash, wire, and bank data.
  • Manage user permissions and access controls within various banking systems.
  • Support automation initiatives using bank APIs and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Build analytics dashboards to identify and streamline manual treasury processes.
  • Maintain financial policies and procedures in compliance with SOX requirements.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in finance, accounting, banking, treasury, or capital markets roles.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the judgment to identify discrepancies.
  • Comfort operating within the controls of a public company environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple systems and deadlines independently.
  • Curiosity regarding automation, process improvement, and modern AI tools.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, or BI and reporting tools is preferred.
  • Experience in a SOX-compliant environment or with bank portals is preferred.
