  • Analyze large financial datasets to inform strategic decision-making regarding liquidity, funding, and capital.
  • Partner with technology teams to develop and scale innovative analytical frameworks and optimization strategies.
  • Quantify the impact of proposed initiatives to optimize financial resource allocation.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in a quantitative role within the finance industry.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering.
  • Expert-level Python programming skills with experience developing large-scale production systems and mentoring others.
  • Exceptional quantitative and analytical problem-solving abilities.
  • Markets experience with a comprehensive understanding of trading concepts, strategies, and terminology.
  • Outstanding communication skills to translate complex technical topics into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to master new business domains and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • Knowledge of derivatives pricing theory, financial regulations, and bank balance sheet management.
