What you'll do

Own the end-to-end Transition Management technology platform covering execution, workflow orchestration, and post-trade processes.
Define and execute the platform roadmap to align with business growth, scalability, and operational efficiency goals.
Drive modernization toward cloud-native, API-first architectures to improve system agility and interoperability.
Deliver core TM capabilities including trade execution, cost modeling, analytics, and reporting for multi-asset workflows.
Automate manual TM workflows to reduce operational risk and increase processing throughput.
Lead and mentor a high-performing global engineering and analyst team.
Establish and report KPIs regarding platform performance, stability, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
Manage key vendor relationships to ensure service quality and integration performance.

What we're looking for

12+ years of experience in front-office technology and trading platforms.
Proven leadership in mission-critical platform engineering and operations within asset management or investment banking.
Strong understanding of trading workflows and execution processes.
Experience driving platform reliability, scalability, and operational risk reduction.
Expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, APIs, and distributed systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead global teams and cross-functional delivery.
Experience supporting trading and transition management platforms (preferred).
Strong background in observability, SRE, and platform engineering models (preferred).
